I am currently reading The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
I am rereading it for a book club and separately with an employee who has not read it before.
It is a great book. You forget a lot in 15 years, so I am getting a lot out of rereading it. If you haven't read it, or even if you haven't read it in a while, you should read it (again).
There is a reason why it is as popular as it is.
It is also different to read it as a parent. I was not married, nor did I have kids, the last time I read it. It has so many great lessons - things that can help you be better (better everywhere: work, home, school) and things you hope to share and impart to your children, for them to carry out into their own lives.
