Do you always recognize creativity when you see it?

Creativity can be found many places in business: creativity in approach to deal structure, creativity in dealing with others who are different than you are, creativity in problem solving, creativity in the use of technology, creativity in running projects.

It may not always jump out at you, but it is there.

In addition to recognizing and rewarding this creativity it is important to help people see it in themselves so that they know what it is and can do more of it.
